1. Wet desulfurization technology

  Guoshun Group has mature limestone, lime, magnesium oxide, calcium carbide slag, waste yellow mud and other boilers, sintering, coking, carbon flue gas wet desulfurization technology.

  In terms of power plant desulfurization: Guoshun Group successfully cooperated with China Guodian, China Huaneng, China Huadian, China Datang, SDIC Power, Weiqiao Aluminum Power, Xinfa Group, Xinyuan Power, Henan Mengdian, Shifeng Group, Jinluo Group , Zibo Thermal Power Group and more than 50 enterprise groups have cooperated to build desulfurization facilities for more than 100 coal-fired units and thermal power boilers.

  Sintering and desulfurization: Guoshun Group successfully cooperated with Shanghai Baosteel, Capital Steel, Jiuquan Steel, Shiheng Special Steel, Rizhao Steel, Jinan Steel, Laiwu Steel, Guofeng Steel, Antai Steel, Hanzhong Steel, Tianjin United Special Steel, Asia New Steel In cooperation with more than 50 iron and steel enterprise groups, the "SDPZ sintering flue gas desulfurization technology" of Guoshun Group’s independent intellectual property rights has been used to build desulfurization facilities for more than 100 sintering machines and pellets, including: Rizhao Steel 600m², Laiwu Steel 450m² sintering desulfurization, The desulfurization area of the sintering machine has accumulated to 28,000m², accounting for more than 28% of the performance based on the desulfurization area.



2. SDA Rotary Spray Semi-dry Desulfurization Technology


  Guoshun Group and Anshan Iron and Steel Research Institute strategically cooperated to introduce rotary spray semi-dry desulfurization technology (abbreviated as SDA), which was introduced to China after being developed by a Danish company in the 1970s.

  For flue gas or tail gas with flue gas temperature higher than 120℃, sulfur dioxide concentration less than 1000mg/Nm³, and emission sensitive areas, SDA desulfurization process can be adopted. Especially in the sintering flue gas and coking flue gas treatment projects, depending on the flue gas temperature, the desulfurization agent can be calcium oxide, sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, etc.


3. Desulfurization and denitration technology of activated carbon

  Guoshun Group and Taiyuan Iron and Steel Research Institute signed a strategic cooperation to introduce activated carbon desulfurization, denitrification and dust removal technologies. Activated carbon moving layer desulfurization, denitrification, and dust removal technology is an advanced technology for processing sintering flue gas. This technology has many successful examples. In China, the 450m² sintering machine and 660m² sintering machine flue gas purification device of TISCO were put into operation in 2010, and then domestic Several sets of activated carbon sintering flue gas purification devices have been built.



3. Activated carbon desulfurization and denitration technology

1. SCR denitration technology

  The SCR denitrification process sprays the reducing agent ammonia (NH3) into the flue gas. Under the condition of medium temperature of 300-450℃, through the active catalysis of vanadium-titanium/rare earth-based metal oxides, the flue gas Nitrogen oxides (NOx) are reduced to harmless nitrogen (N2) and water (H2O), thereby achieving the goal of reducing nitrogen oxides (NOx).


2. Low-temperature SCR denitration technology

  The traditional SCR denitration catalyst has a high activation temperature, and the working temperature of the catalyst unit is 300-400°C. In the field of industrial furnace exhaust gas treatment such as coking, small and medium boilers, glass furnaces, and roasting furnaces, the exhaust gas temperature is between 120-300℃. In order to solve the activation of SCR catalysts in this temperature range, our company and large catalyst manufacturers Low-temperature catalysts have been developed, which have been used in coking, industrial kiln exhaust gas denitration and other fields.



Dust Removal Technology

1. Dry Electrostatic Precipitator Technology

  Electrostatic precipitator is a supporting facility for industrial flue gas dust control. Its function is to clean up particulate matter in flue gas, thereby greatly reducing the amount of soot discharged into the atmosphere. It is an important environmental protection equipment for reducing environmental pollution and improving air quality.

2. Electric bag-type dust remover technology

  At present, the requirements for dust emission are becoming more and more stringent. With the reduction of the sulfur content of coal, the specific resistance of industrial smoke and dust has greatly increased, which has a great impact on the dust collection capacity of electrostatic precipitators. The specific resistance, chemical composition and other parameters are not sensitive, and stable dust removal efficiency can be obtained under the inlet concentration range and filter wind speed.

3. Wet electrostatic dust removal technology

  In 2011, Guoshun Group successfully applied wet electrostatic dust removal technology to the deep purification process of desulfurization flue gas from thermal power units and sintering machines, breaking through a number of key technologies, and realizing fine particles and acid droplets in wet flue gas after desulfurization For the deep purification of many pollutants, Guoshun Group is now one of the three major domestic suppliers of wet electrostatic precipitators.

4. Collaborative Dust Removal Technology

  On units with coal ash content of less than 15% and using low-temperature economizers or bag filters, the collaborative purification of dust can be achieved by optimizing part of the configuration in the wet desulfurization tower.

  The basis of the collaborative dust removal process is: the original independent purification links in the flue gas are integrated, and the dust removal is achieved through multiple and continuous purification measures, so that the removal equipment at all levels can remove the main pollutants while assisting in the removal Part of the dust, through the excavation of the dust removal capacity of each process, so as to achieve ultra-low dust emission





Wet Flue Gas Purification Technology

  Wet flue gas de-whitening is to reduce the emission temperature and moisture content of flue gas, collect the moisture in the supersaturated water vapor in the flue gas, and reduce the emission of soluble salts, sulfuric acid mist, organic matter and other condensable particles in the flue gas, thereby improving the air Quality goals. Guoshun Group determined the economically feasible technical route based on the specific requirements of wet smoke plume control, especially: the comprehensive analysis of the flue gas conditions, environmental weather, site space, cold and heat sources in the factory area, and determined the economically feasible technical route. It avoids the saturation line in the process of mixing with the atmosphere, so as to achieve the purpose of "whitening".

Wastewater Treatment

1. Domestic Sewage Treatment

  Biological Aerated Filter (Biological Aerated Filter) is a new type of sewage biofilm treatment technology with good denitrification and organic matter explanation effects.

  The characteristic of the biological aerated filter process technology is the use of a new type of spherical lightweight porous biological filter material, which grows microbial membranes on its surface and open pores. The sewage flows through the filter layer from bottom to top or from top to bottom. The lower part of the layer provides aeration. When sewage flows through the filter material with biofilm on its surface, the organic matter and nitrogen therein are degraded. At the same time, the biological filter layer intercepts the SS in the sewage and the aging off biofilm and separates the solid and liquid. Regularly use the treated effluent to backwash the filter to eliminate the trapped SS and aging biofilm. The aging biofilm on the surface of the filter material will fall off, so that the fresh biofilm with high activity will directly contact the sewage, which improves the degradation rate and Efficiency, make the effluent stable and meet the standard.


2. Industrial Wastewater Treatment

  Common treatment methods for industrial wastewater can be divided into four categories: physical treatment, chemical treatment, physical and chemical treatment, and biological treatment.

  The physical treatment method is to separate and recover the insoluble and suspended pollutants in the wastewater (including oil film and oil droplets) through physical action. The commonly used methods include gravity separation, centrifugal separation, and filtration.

  Chemical treatment method, adding certain chemical substances to sewage, using chemical reactions to separate and recover pollutants in sewage. Commonly used methods include chemical precipitation, coagulation, neutralization, redox (including electrolysis), etc.


  Physical and chemical methods, using physical and chemical effects to remove pollutants in wastewater, mainly include adsorption, ion exchange, membrane separation, extraction, etc.

  Biological treatment method uses the metabolism of microorganisms to convert organic pollutants in solution, colloid and fine suspension state into stable and harmless substances. It can be divided into aerobic biological treatment and anaerobic biological treatment.


3. Wetland and Water Purification Treatment

  Wetland refers to natural or artificial swamps and other shallow water areas with static or flowing water bodies. Wetland, forest, and ocean are collectively called the three major ecosystems. Constructed wetland, river treatment, water landscape, lake renovation and other projects are designed and implemented for sewage treatment, water purification, and environmental improvement. The scope of removal of pollutants is relatively wide, and the three functions of physics, chemistry and biology are integrated to complete water purification.
