Chinese New Year Party

　　A large-scale New Year Friendship Party is held every Spring Festival. Guoshun family members from all over the country return to the Guoshun headquarters to gather together to sing and dance, allowing young people to show their talents and celebrate their own festival together.

Anniversary ceremony of employees joining the company

　　In July of each year, Guoshun will hold an anniversary ceremony for employees who have been employed for a full year and award them exclusive medals.

Engineer Tea Talk

　　An interesting and informative engineer tea talk is held every October to show the technical achievements made by the engineer team in production and R&D. Everyone relaxes and speaks freely, allowing engineers to feel the care from the company

Guoshun Podium

　　Guoshun Group regularly organizes internal training and selection competitions every year. The selected lecturers stand on the platform of Guoshun and give training to all employees. The strong atmosphere of “comparison, learning, catching up, and surpassing” encourages every employee to grow and become talented.

Staff outing activities

　　Guoshun Group organizes party building and team building activities at least once a year. Employees from various departments and project departments speak out freely and offer suggestions for the company's development. It also organizes employee outings, so that employees can feel the nature and the great rivers and mountains outside of busy work.

　　In order to enrich employees' spare time and improve their skills, the group organizes skill competitions from time to time to provide employees with a platform to showcase themselves, and employees gain growth and obtain rewards during the activities.
