Recently, the Qingdao Special Steel 2 × 240 ㎡ and 265 ㎡ denitration system precision denitration project, constructed by Guoshun Group, successfully passed the acceptance and was officially put into operation. APC technology is not a single control method, but an intelligent system that integrates multiple advanced strategies, like equipping industrial control with a "smart brain". Its core lies in accurately eliminating coupling interference between multiple control loops and resisting the impact of external disturbances on the system through real-time data analysis and model prediction, thereby maximizing the optimization control effect.

Project implementation: Technology rooted in production, significant improvement in effectiveness

During the project implementation process, the automation engineering team of Guoshun Group went deep into the production line of Qinggang, and with exquisite technology and rigorous attitude, carried out precise debugging and optimization of various denitrification systems.

In the ammonia injection process, the use of the APC model has completely changed the drawbacks of traditional control modes. Project data shows that before the APC was put into use, the concentration of nitrogen oxides (NOx) at the SCR outlet fluctuated up to ± 15mg/Nm ³, with high ammonia consumption and unstable efficiency; After being put into use, the concentration fluctuation range sharply decreased to within ± 2mg/Nm ³, with a reduction of over 85%. The ammonia water saving rate exceeded 7.1%, which not only reduced operating costs but also improved environmental compliance.

In the control process of the hot blast stove, APC technology also demonstrates strong efficiency. Previously, the fluctuation range of catalyst inlet temperature reached ± 8 ℃, which not only affected equipment stability but also led to low gas utilization rate. After the APC model was put into use, the temperature fluctuation was accurately controlled within ± 1.2 ℃, and the monthly average gas consumption decreased by 9.8%, achieving a "double improvement" in energy utilization efficiency and equipment operating life.

From the perspective of environmental benefits, APC technology significantly reduces the fluctuation of pollutant emission indicators, effectively avoids environmental risks caused by excessive emissions, and creates a green production environment for Qingdao Special Steel. In terms of economic benefits, the enhancement of system stability significantly extends the service life of desulfurization and denitrification equipment, and the frequency and cost of equipment maintenance decrease synchronously, saving considerable long-term investment for enterprises.
