Green Development Seminar and Exchange Conference in the Field of Urban and Rural Construction

On April 22, 2025, the first executive council meeting of the fourth session of the China Building Energy Conservation Association and the seminar on green development in urban and rural construction were held at the Guoshun Group's zero carbon industrial community integrating primary, secondary, and tertiary industries. Lin Lanlan, a second level inspector of the Standard Quota Department of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development, Wang Runxiao, a member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the Department of Housing and Urban Rural Development of Shandong Province, and Zhang Qinghua, a second level inspector of the Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau of Jinan City, were invited to attend the meeting. President Ni Jiangbo of China Building Energy Conservation Association and other association leaders, as well as representatives from more than 60 executive director units, attended the meeting.

The leaders of Guoshun Group delivered a welcome speech, Wang Runxiao, a member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the Department of Housing and Urban Rural Development of Shandong Province, delivered a speech, and Lin Lanlan, a second level inspector of the Standard Quota Department of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development, gave a thematic report on policies related to green development in the field of urban and rural construction. The attending representatives had a lively exchange and discussion on industry hotspots and difficulties, as well as suggestions for the future work of the association.

Before the meeting, the attending representatives and guests visited the zero carbon industrial community of Guoshun Group's integration of primary, secondary, and tertiary industries, and gave high praise to the community. They unanimously believed that the community provided a demonstration case for promoting the high-quality development of green buildings and the construction of "good houses". As the main enterprise in the industrial chain, Guoshun Group has become a leader in the new construction industrialization. The group will deeply cultivate the fields of environmental protection, energy conservation, and green steel structure prefabricated buildings, actively promote the construction of "good houses", and contribute Guoshun's strength to urban and industrial renewal.
