In recent years, Guoshun Group has continuously implemented the "5S" lean management (organization, rectification, cleaning, cleanliness, and literacy), achieving a "dual improvement" of operational efficiency and production environment, injecting strong momentum into the high-quality development of the group company.



A special team has been established in each production system of the group to develop a detailed "5S" lean management plan, adhering to the principles of "full participation, responsibility on the job, and continuous improvement". Through theoretical training, on-site guidance, and other methods, the "5S" lean management concept has been deeply integrated into daily production. By implementing measures such as red card combat and regional division, redundant equipment and scrapped materials are eliminated to optimize space utilization; Scientific positioning management of tools and materials has increased employee work efficiency by approximately 15%; By combining "cleaning" and "sanitation" with the TPM comprehensive equipment management system, a normalized management mode has been established to ensure a clean and orderly production environment; Through systematic training and supervision mechanisms, promote employees to change their behavior and improve their professional ethics.



Under the promotion of "5S" lean management, the efficiency of the group company's flow of people and logistics operations has been significantly improved. Taking the bee factory as an example, through measures such as revitalizing inventory, utilizing old materials, and reducing inventory, the occupation of funds and storage resources by stagnant materials has been systematically reduced. Last year, the total consumption of stagnant materials exceeded 1000 tons, providing strong support for promoting lean production and achieving cost reduction and efficiency improvement goals.



The successful practice of Guoshun's "5S" lean management model not only optimized the working environment, but also opened up a new path for the group to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
