Recently, Zaozhuang Bayi Coal-Water Slurry Thermal Power Co., Ltd. sent a letter of commendation and a silk banner to the Zaozhuang Bayi Thermal Power Project Department of Guoshun Group, and awarded the honorary plaque of Advanced Unit for Safety Production Management.

It highly praised the project team for its outstanding performance in project safety assurance and stable operation in 2025.

In recent years, the continuous upgrading of environmental protection standards and the complex and variable production conditions have posed numerous challenges to project operation.

The Zaozhuang Bayi Project Department of Guoshun Group has united as one, risen to challenges, and taken proactive actions.

With solid professional capabilities and an efficient, pragmatic work style, it has effectively tackled various difficulties including equipment operation and maintenance and condition fluctuations.

By closely coordinating with the owner’s production and operation schedule, the team has successfully achieved all ultra-low emission targets and delivered zero safety accidents and zero environmental penalties throughout the year.

Meanwhile, the 350MW Coal-Fired Unit Flue Gas Deep Haze Reduction, Synergistic Emission Reduction and Waste Heat Comprehensive Utilization Project of Zaozhuang Bayi Coal-Water Slurry Thermal Power Co., Ltd., invested, constructed and operated by Guoshun Group, has been officially put into operation.

The project adopts advanced technologies including wet desulfurization slurry flash evaporation coupled with heat pump for deep haze reduction and flue gas latent heat recovery.The removal rate of condensable particulate matter reaches over 60%, with a rated waste heat recovery capacity of 36 MW.It recycles approximately 290,000 GJ of flue gas waste heat annually, saving 10,200 tons of standard coal, more than 100,000 tons of water, and reducing 27,200 tons of carbon dioxide emissions each year.Meanwhile, it reduces 87 tons of sulfur dioxide and 75 tons of nitrogen oxides.

The project has achieved a win-win situation between synergistic pollutant emission reduction and waste heat resource utilization.It has not only effectively promoted the green and low-carbon development of Zaozhuang Bayi Thermal Power, but also provided a replicable and scalable "Qilu Model" for the green transformation of energy-intensive industries nationwide.It has received attention and coverage from more than ten authoritative media at the central, provincial and municipal levels.
