Xing Youning, joined Shun Group in 2010 and currently serves as the Operations Project Manager. In the 15 years since joining, he has always rooted himself in the grassroots and fought on the front line, injecting strong impetus into the development of the group's environmental protection and energy conservation cause with profound professional qualities and outstanding management talents.

As a veteran of Guoshun's operational projects, his footprints have covered multiple key projects of Guoshun Group in Shandong, Hebei, Tianjin, Inner Mongolia, and other regions. Through long-term honing on the front line, he has embarked on a "comeback" path from an ordinary technician to a project manager.

Xing Youning devoted himself to tackling and innovating problems, leading his team to tackle professional technical challenges with tireless research spirit, ensuring efficient and stable desulfurization efficiency, and strictly controlling the emission concentrations of sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, and dust within ultra-low emission standards.

Faced with complex flue gas conditions and variable production loads, he flexibly adjusted the system process parameters, strictly implemented maintenance plans and inspection systems, and ensured the stable and reliable operation of wet and semi dry desulfurization systems throughout the year.

In the operation project, Xing Youning demonstrated outstanding management wisdom. He successfully led the optimization of energy management by developing energy-saving control operation manuals, continuously monitoring energy consumption data, and accurately locating high energy consuming links.

He led the team to re plan the production process, adjust equipment operating parameters, achieve energy-saving operation of equipment, significantly reduce the cost of energy consumption for Party A, significantly improve the overall profitability of the project, and make outstanding contributions to customer cost control and profit improvement.

Xing Youning often says, 'It's better to make a show than to shout loudly.'. He always maintains a fighting posture of "following me", and whenever faced with urgent, difficult, and dangerous tasks, he always takes the lead and charges forward, demonstrating the passionate original intention of the people of Guoshun towards environmental protection with his iron shoulder.
