Recently, the project adopted an integrated process of "denitrification optimization + electrostatic precipitation upgrade + desulfurization efficiency improvement + wet electrostatic optimization", together with customized adaptation solutions. On the basis of retaining and reusing core components of existing facilities, first‑class domestic key equipment was selected, and an online monitoring system was added synchronously, achieving precise control over renovation costs.Upon completion, the concentrations of smoke dust, nitrogen oxides and sulfur dioxide discharged from boilers are all far better than the national ultra‑low emission standards.Targeting the pain points of aging equipment and high energy consumption, technical upgrades have reduced the energy consumption of electrostatic precipitators by more than 15% and shortened annual downtime for maintenance by 30%,greatly cutting operation and maintenance costs.The desulfurization system was optimized into a "two boilers, one tower" design, equipped with backup facilities and a linkage control system, effectively solving problems such as uneven load and poor adaptability. The annual effective operating hours of the project increased by 5%, providing a solid guarantee for the stable production of the enterprise.
