Recently, the Department of Science and Technology of Shandong Province issued the Public Notice on the List of Enterprises Proposed to be Included in the 3rd Batch of Shandong Sci-tech SMEs in 2026. Two subsidiaries under Guoshun Group, namely Hegang Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Hegang Technology) and Mifeng (Shandong) Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Mifeng Intelligent), have been successfully included in the publicized list and passed the evaluation review for sci-tech SMEs of 2026.

The Sci-tech SME evaluation is an important national certification system established to promote independent innovation among enterprises and foster the growth of sci-tech enterprises. Its evaluation dimensions cover core indicators such as R&D investment intensity, the proportion of sci-tech personnel, the number of intellectual property rights, and the capacity for commercialization of scientific and technological achievements. It serves as an important yardstick for measuring an enterprise's sci-tech innovation capability.

The simultaneous listing of Hegang Technology and Mifeng Intelligent this time signifies that both enterprises have met the provincial certification standards in technological R&D, achievement commercialization and innovation system building.
