This project is a key initiative in response to the national energy-saving and low-carbon policies, and promotes the green transformation of the electrolytic aluminum industry. It is equipped with two sets of purification systems, each capable of treating flue gas from 120 electrolytic cells. All equipment is adapted to an 800Gs magnetic field environment with stable and reliable performance.

After wet desulfurization and purification, the fluoride content in the flue gas is controlled below 0.1 mg/Nm³, dust content below 5 mg/Nm³, and sulfur dioxide content below 8 mg/Nm³ under the one-tray plus one-spray process (nearly zero under the two-spray process). The energy consumption of the wet desulfurization system is ≤ 60 kW·h/t·Al. All indicators meet industrial emission standards, successfully achieving the dual goals of environmental compliance and energy conservation.

Since the commencement of the project, Guoshun Group has attached great importance and made scientific arrangements. The project team has carefully formulated construction plans, rationally allocated human and material resources, and steadily advanced project construction with high standards and strict requirements.

In the "60-Day All-Out Sprint Campaign to Achieve Target Nodes" launched by the owner, all staff of the project department united as one, overcame difficulties, went all out to speed up construction, ensure quality and safety, and efficiently promoted the construction progress. They successfully completed all key tasks, making outstanding contributions to the smooth completion and commissioning of the first 120 electrolytic cells (system) and the achievement of annual targets.
