March this year marks the Work Safety Month of Guoshun Group. Focusing on the theme of "Keep the Alarm Bell Ringing to Uphold the Bottom Line, Fulfill Duties to Ensure Safety", the Group has launched a series of diverse and substantial special work safety activities.

Centering on the five core aspects of warning education, hazard investigation, training, emergency drills and implementation, the activities have been fully rolled out across all subsidiaries, branches and project departments. Through systematic measures, the Group has strengthened the safety awareness of all staff, consolidated the foundation for work safety management, and safeguarded the high-quality development of the Group.

Safety Warning Education

The activity commenced with safety warning education. Leveraging diversified channels including publicity boards, electronic screens and pre-work meetings, all subsidiaries and project departments extensively posted safety warning slogans, hung warning banners and promoted safety warning knowledge, making the safety concept deeply rooted in every employee's mind.

In the meantime, special warning conferences were convened, where all staff were organized to watch accident warning videos and typical case analysis films. Employees were guided to reflect deeply and carefully consider the economic, legal and moral costs of safety accidents, so as to ensure that production safety is always prioritized and the alarm bell rings long.

Safety Hazard Investigation and Rectification

Hazard investigation is a key measure for workplace safety. Starting from March 5, all subsidiaries and projects launched a special campaign of "One Photo per Day" for hazard investigation. Through a regular and refined inspection mode, various potential safety hazards were promptly eliminated with genuine investigation and rectification that delivered tangible results, so as to prevent safety accidents at the source.

Meanwhile, the "One Question per Day" safety training activity was carried out. The Group's Safety Department released a piece of safety knowledge every day. All project departments and production workshops conducted supporting training in light of their own actual conditions, enabling employees to master one safety skill each day. Finally, examinations were organized to assess the training results comprehensively, driving safety training to be deeper and more practical.

Safety Practical Drills

To enhance the emergency response capabilities of all employees and test the effectiveness of the Group's emergency management system, all project departments and production plants have carried out themed emergency drills in light of the key safety risks in their respective operations.

Each unit made thorough planning and careful arrangements. By simulating real safety accident scenarios, employees became familiar with emergency response procedures and mastered emergency rescue skills, further strengthening the team's collaborative combat capability and emergency response level.
