To further deepen industry-education integration, advance the coordinated development of industry, university and research, and promote the precise matching of university scientific research achievements with enterprise industrial needs, on April 16, 2026, Wang Jun, Director of the Science and Technology Department of Shandong Jianzhu University, and his delegation visited Guoshun Group for inspection and exchange. Xiang Bo, General Manager of Guoshun Green Construction, accompanied by key technical and business personnel of the company, received the delegation.

Director Wang Jun and his delegation successively visited the Party Building Leadership Hall of Guoshun's "Zero-Carbon Industrial Community Integrating Primary, Secondary and Tertiary Industries", the intelligent steel structure production line, Sky Farm, zero-carbon cabins, and the digital intelligent control center. They fully affirmed Guoshun's innovative exploration and practices in green development and intelligent manufacturing.

During the discussion, the two sides exchanged views on in-depth industry-university-research integration and precisely matched superior resources. Experts and professors from Shandong Jianzhu University expressed their willingness to deepen industry-university-research cooperation with Guoshun Green Building. They proposed to promote teachers to conduct research in enterprises and enterprise backbones to serve as off-campus supervisors. Relying on Guoshun’s strengths in environmental protection projects, efforts will be made to accelerate the application and implementation of new technologies such as condensable particulate matter.

Meanwhile, technical cooperation will be carried out in photovoltaic utilization, new building materials and other fields in light of disciplinary characteristics, so as to boost project cooperation and the transformation of scientific research achievements, and solve technical application problems in the construction and environmental protection sectors.

Chen Xiangbo, General Manager of Guoshun Green Building, introduced the company’s advantages in green construction, international trade and other fields, as well as its full industrial chain layout. He also put forward systematic proposals on industry-university-research cooperation and the joint construction of demonstration projects.

He expressed the hope to cultivate talents jointly through the co-construction of training bases and tutor workstations, carry out joint scientific research to tackle key technical pain points in the industry and promote the engineering application of achievements. The two sides will build campus green demonstration buildings and low-carbon training bases in line with the two-star and three-star green building standards.
