To build an efficient bridge for university-enterprise cooperation, further advance the collaborative development of industry, university and research, establish an innovation system featuring integration of industry with education and science with education, and realize in-depth integration of the education chain, talent chain, innovation chain and industrial chain, Zheng Xiuwen, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of Qilu Normal University, led a delegation to Guoshun Group for cooperation and exchanges the other day. Sun Deshan, Chairman of Guoshun Group, Chen Xiangbo, General Manager of Green Building Technology, and other relevant leaders accompanied the visit.

President Zheng Xiuwen and her entourage paid an on-site visit to Guoshun Group’s Party Building Leadership Hall of the Integrated Primary, Secondary and Tertiary Industry Zero-Carbon Industrial Community, the intelligent steel structure production line, Sky Farm, Zero-Carbon Cabin, and the digital intelligent management and control center, among other venues.

At the forum, Chairman Sun Deshan extended a warm welcome to President Zheng Xiuwen and her delegation. He introduced the Group’s development plans, current industrial development status as well as demands for talents and technologies. He expressed the hope to leverage the high-quality educational and scientific resources of the university to deepen cooperation in professional talent training, scientific research and technological breakthroughs, student internship and employment, establish a long-term cooperation mechanism, drive the enterprise’s transformation and upgrading, and achieve two-way empowerment and coordinated development between the university and the enterprise.

President Zheng Xiuwen gave a detailed introduction to the disciplinary development features and layout of superior majors of Qilu Normal University. She stated that this university-enterprise docking serves as an important practice for advancing the integrated development of industry and education.

Leveraging its strengths in scientific research and educational resources, the university will precisely align with industrial development needs, continuously provide intellectual support and talent guarantee for Guoshun Group, facilitate the efficient implementation of key municipal projects such as Jinan’s "Take the Lead in Tackling Key Tasks" initiative, and ensure tangible outcomes from university-enterprise cooperation.

General Manager Chen Xiangbo briefed on the company’s development in the field of intelligent manufacturing of steel structures. Against the backdrop of industrial development trends and technical bottlenecks in production, he expressed the hope to strengthen technological cooperation by drawing on the university’s scientific research and talent resources, so as to empower the upgrading of production efficiency.
