Recently, Guoshun Group successfully won the bid for the flue gas denitrification ultra-low emission renovation project of Units 1 and 2 of Guizhou Yaxi Power Generation Co., Ltd. It has fully completed the renovation work of Unit 1 and won high praise from the owner. This marks that Guoshun has reached a new level in market competitiveness and industrial influence.

The project focuses on improving the quality and efficiency of denitrification systems for in-service generating units. Leveraging Guoshun’s mature environmental protection technologies, it adopts the technical route of urea hydrolysis ammonia production capacity expansion plus SCR zonal dynamic leveling.

Additional hydrolysis reactors and supporting pipelines are installed to optimize pipe network layout. Meanwhile, catalyst replacement, fan upgrading and installation of intelligent soot-blowing equipment are carried out, alongside the deployment of intelligent systems for ammonia injection optimization and on-line monitoring of flue gas and ammonia escape.

Boasting high process stability and remarkable energy-saving & eco-friendly advantages, the renovated SCR denitrification unit achieves ammonia escape concentration below 3μL/L at the outlet (standard state, dry basis, 6% O₂). Under stable load conditions, the outlet NOx concentration fluctuates within ±10mg/m³, laying a solid technical foundation for the green transformation of Yaxi Power Plant.

As a benchmark project for Guoshun Group to further expand its presence in the thermal power environmental protection market in Southwest China, this project also serves as a vital practice for the Group to deepen strategic cooperation with central power enterprises.

During construction, the project department made overall arrangements and coordinated efforts to surmount difficulties including limited construction space and cross-operation of multiple specialties.
