This project adopts the pre-denitrification process for sintering flue gas with customized design tailored to its operating characteristics. By optimizing catalyst selection and flow field layout, it effectively addresses industrial pain points of low efficiency and poor stability existing in traditional denitrification technologies under sintering working conditions.

After commissioning, the project maintains long-term stable NOₓ emissions up to standards and helps the enterprise avoid environmental compliance risks. Process optimization cuts system energy consumption and operation & maintenance costs, delivering remarkable environmental and economic benefits for clients, and also serves as a replicable outstanding technical reference for similar sintering flue gas denitrification projects.

During construction, confronted with tight schedules, multi-disciplinary cross operations and complex construction conditions, the Guoshun Liaocai project team made overall scientific plans, arranged tasks clearly and carried out precise construction.
