As a one-stop turnkey project developed by Guoshun Group, this project covers the full-chain services including engineering design, equipment supply, civil construction and installation, system commissioning, and completion acceptance. Tailored to the special working conditions of Xinjiang featuring frigid temperatures and heavy dust, the project adopts industry-leading integrated technologies: double-tower double-circuit wet desulfurization coupled with wet electrostatic precipitator, and temperature-free SNCR+SCR composite denitrification. Leveraging the original flue gas heat source of the production line, the system operates without auxiliary heating, boasting outstanding energy efficiency and operational stability. It delivers robust technical support for the enterprise’s long-term compliant, stable and eco-friendly production.

The project construction was confronted with multiple challenges such as complex processes, harsh climate and tight construction schedule. The Kashgar Jinling Pellet Project Department of Guoshun made overall planning and arrangements in advance, dynamically optimized construction schemes and refined control nodes for the whole process. Working day and night to seize the optimal construction window, the project team maintained efficient coordination with all functional departments of the Group. A host of difficulties including off-site construction, commissioning under frigid working conditions and joint system commissioning were successfully overcome, ensuring the project was delivered on schedule with guaranteed quality.
