Recently, the installation project of desulfurization & wet electrostatic precipitator systems for two 260t/h boilers of the 1×50 MW back-pressure unit cogeneration project of Luwei Pharmaceutical in Zichuan, Zibo, contracted by Guoshun Group, has successfully topped out. Boasting advanced technical processes and reliable construction quality, the project has won high recognition from the owner.

This project serves as the core environmental supporting works for the cogeneration facility of Luwei Pharmaceutical. Equipped with two 260t/h boilers, the project features a fully integrated flue gas purification system combining wet desulfurization and wet electrostatic precipitation. The system efficiently removes dust, sulfur dioxide and fine particulate matter from flue gas, guaranteeing stable ultra-low emissions. It enables steady high-yield production while advancing comprehensive environmental upgrading.

During construction, the on-site team of Guoshun Group prioritized technical planning and scheme-guided construction. The team coordinated construction scheduling, safety supervision and quality control, and actively managed cross-disciplinary operations including civil engineering, concrete chimney construction and precipitator installation to accelerate project delivery efficiently. To address site constraints such as limited workspace, dense overlapping operations and complex installation requirements, the absorber tower was erected using the inverted assembly method, and automatic welding technology was adopted throughout all welding procedures. These measures greatly boosted construction efficiency and welding quality, earning high recognition from the project owner.
