June this year marks the 25th National Work Safety Month. To thoroughly implement the relevant work arrangements issued by the Office of the Safety Committee of the State Council and the Ministry of Emergency Management, Guoshun Group closely centered on the campaign theme Everyone Talks About Safety, Everyone Knows Emergency Response – Identify and Rectify Risks and Hidden Dangers. The Group coordinated all subsidiaries, branch companies and project departments to launch a full range of multi-level, all-coverage and practical safety activities. It consolidated safety awareness through publicity and education, eliminated hidden dangers via risk inspections, and strengthened emergency response capabilities through drills, building a comprehensive safety defense line. A strong safety atmosphere featuring "everyone values safety, all staff troubleshoot hazards, and everyone masters emergency skills" has been fostered across the entire Group.

Hold a launch ceremony to unify all staff’s safety awareness and consensus

To effectively advance the implementation of all tasks for the Work Safety Month, the Group, its subsidiaries, branches and project departments held launch ceremonies for the Work Safety Month, alongside activities including safety oaths and safety signature commitments. These efforts further consolidated the shared mindset among all staff to uphold safety standards, investigate hidden dangers and master emergency response skills, officially kicking off the Group’s series of Work Safety Month events.

Diversified Safety Education Consolidates Cultural Roots

The whole Group made efforts from multiple locations and integrated online and offline channels to build an all-round safety publicity platform. Offline, employees were organized to thoroughly study and deeply understand the core requirements of safety work, translating the achievements of safety theoretical learning into practical measures for on-site risk prevention and hidden danger rectification. This eliminates complacency and fluke mentality at the ideological root and firmly establishes the safety philosophy of "prevention first". Online, relying on corporate WeChat groups, daily safety tips and themed promotional videos were released to continuously expand the coverage of safety publicity.

Full Staff Inspection, Closed-loop Hazard Rectification

Centering on the core theme of "Identifying and Rectifying Risks and Hidden Dangers", the Group carried out a special campaign for comprehensive hazard inspection and rectification, shifting the safety management model from post-incident rectification to prior prevention. All subsidiaries and departments organized targeted special training on risks and hidden dangers, illustrating the evolutionary logic of "risk – hidden danger – accident". Combined with actual construction sites, typical hazardous scenarios were identified. Practical training sessions were delivered covering high-risk operations, key equipment and critical working procedures to effectively improve all employees’ capabilities in risk prediction and hazard identification, thereby reducing the probability of safety accidents at the source.
