The Environmental Impact Assessment Report (Draft for Comments) for the Industrial Smoke Ultra low Emission Control Equipment Manufacturing and Spraying Process Technology Transformation (Spraying Center) Project of Shandong Guoshun Construction Group Co., Ltd. has been completed. In accordance with the "Public Participation Measures for Environmental Impact Assessment" (Order No. 4 of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment), the project is now being publicly announced for the second time to widely understand the public's attitude towards the proposed project and their opinions and suggestions on environmental protection, and to accept public supervision.

1. Project Name: Industrial Smoke Ultra low Emission Control Equipment Manufacturing Spray Coating Process Technology Transformation (Spray Coating Center) Project;

3. Construction location: No. 001 Guoshun Road, Economic Development Zone, Jinan City, Shandong Province;

4. Project Overview: The construction unit will utilize its own production workshop of 20750 square meters, upgrade and renovate the existing spraying production line, and reconfigure the painting process for panels and profiles. The original production process was to spray one coat of oil-based primer. After the technological transformation, the spraying process for some components was changed to one coat of oil-based primer, oil-based intermediate paint, and oil-based topcoat, while increasing the spraying thickness; The spraying process for other components has been changed to water-based paint spraying. In addition, after the completion of the technological transformation, the spraying production line will be opened to the public in the form of a spraying center, which will undertake spraying operations for similar enterprises with similar spraying needs in the surrounding area.
