From December 6th to 8th, 2024, the first phase of the "Foundation Building and Cultivation Class" for safety production systematic management of Shandong Guoshun Operations Department was successfully held. Safety professionals from operating projects across the country gathered together to learn about safety regulations, exchange safety experience, and improve safety skills. At the same time, they walked between mountains and rivers, bathed in the warm winter sun, and embarked on a fulfilling learning journey.

      At the meeting, all the students reviewed the oath of Guoshun, further enhancing their fighting spirit and inspiring their enthusiasm for work, allowing Guoshun's original aspiration and mission to truly enter their minds and hearts, and go deep and practical.

      Through training and learning, students have deepened their understanding of corporate culture and professional technical knowledge, mastered the evolution of system management, further clarified their responsibilities, and laid a solid foundation for accurately implementing various safety management tasks and efficiently promoting the construction of the company's safety system in the future.

       During the training, the trainees comprehensively improved their professional competence through practical operation of key skills and specialized learning on safety production standardization. The three-day course has a tight schedule and rich training content, which not only solves ideological confusion but also teaches problem-solving skills, pointing out the direction for further improving safety production work.

During the training process, we visited the "Zero Carbon Industrial Community for the Integration of Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary Industries" and the production and processing center. Then, we arrived at the millennium old temple Lingyan Temple, where we climbed high and gazed into the distance, listened to nature, and experienced the millennium inheritance and profound accumulation of Chinese culture.

Long work is precious, and expertise is precious. In the future, the Operations Department of Shandong Guoshun will thoroughly implement the development strategy of the group company, closely focus on the "key points" of lean management, grasp the management of safety production, and build a highly qualified, skilled, and efficient safety team to safeguard the high-quality development of the group company with high-level safety!
