Guoshun’s integrated technology for in‑depth pollution and carbon reduction of industrial flue gas coupled with deep waste‑heat recovery takes desulfurization slurry as the medium and adopts vacuum two‑stage flash evaporation and heat‑pump technologies. Part of the desulfurization slurry is guided into the vacuum flash‑evaporation unit. After latent heat recovery, an absorption heat pump captures the condensation latent heat of flash steam to heat heating water, realizing resource‑oriented utilization of flue‑gas waste heat and coordinated emission reduction of pollutants. Leveraging this core technology, the Group has delivered the country’s largest‑scale project — the flue‑gas deep haze‑reduction, coordinated emission‑reduction and comprehensive waste‑heat utilization project for the 350 MW coal‑fired unit of Zaozhuang Bayi Coal‑Water‑Slurry Thermal Power Plant. It serves as a replicable and promotable benchmark model for the green transformation of high‑energy‑consuming industries.
