In terms of core project operation and maintenance, the flue‑gas treatment project for Qingdao Special Steel’s 2×240 ㎡ sintering machine, constructed and operated by Guoshun Group, adopts mature and advanced lime‑gypsum wet desulfurization, wet electrostatic precipitator and SCR denitrification technologies. The desulfurization and wet electrostatic precipitator systems were put into operation in 2015, and the denitrification system entered stable operation in 2019. The flue‑gas treatment project for the No.3 265 ㎡ sintering machine applies the circulating fluidized‑bed dry ultra‑clean process together with bag‑house dust removal plus medium‑temperature SCR denitrification technology, and was officially commissioned in June 2021.

During project operation, Guoshun Group has strictly abided by environmental‑protection control standards, keeping the emission concentrations of sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides and particulate matter within the high‑standard limits of ≤35 mg/m³, ≤50 mg/m³ and ≤10 mg/m³ respectively. It ensures long‑term safe, stable and compliance‑compliant discharge of the sintering‑machine flue‑gas treatment system.
